how do you access the log files?

A log file is a sequential file in text that is always open, then at regular intervals it is closed and saved to be made available for administrative and monitoring functionality.

To access the statistics - and thus the log files - on your site, you need the following credentials that can be found in your hosting activation email:

Connection host
Log in
Password

Then proceed as follows:

Type the name of your site in your browser's address bar, followed by "/stats/" (e.g. "http://www.mySite.com/stats/").
Enter your log in credentials, which you'll find in the hosting activation email:
Now you are ready to view the data you are interest in!
The types of statistics are listed for you on the left side of the window. There are five categories of statistics: When, Who, Navigation, Origin and Other.
By clicking every item, you can access the details. For example, by clicking on "Monthly Summary", you can analyze the data at a specific period of reference.
