.mo domain registration rules - Macau
To register a .mo domain, you must be a company registered locally, demonstrated by one of the following documents:
- copy of the Business Registration Certificate issued by the "Conservatoria dos Registos Comerical e de Bens Moveis" with a validity of 1 year;
- copy of the Business Establishment statement(form M1) issued by the Financial Services Bureau, with a validity of 1 year;
- copy of the offshore company registration certificate issued by the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute, with a validity of 1 year.
Foreigners may also register a .mo domain name only if it matches a registered trademark, but they must produce a valid certificate issued by a government office in Macao.
